Thanks for your interest in these cooking classes I offer you!
Let me tell you that I am exited to share with you my passion for cooking, especially Italian! My mother tells me that when I was younger and she would call out to us "E' pronto! A tavola!" to let us know that dinner was ready, I would be the first one at the dinner table with plate in hands, wanting to be served first! (Of course my father was the first one to be served since the father comes first).
I can tell you that I have not changed much since then. Whenever my family and I visit my parents I am still the first at the dinner table.
Food brightens my life and I just love how food in my culture brings family together. It's soul warming to sit at the table surrounded by grandparents, cousins, siblings, friends, and you name who else! with a plate of hot pasta in front of you.
I want to share with you and teach you the passed down Italian recipes I have and anything else I have picked up along the way so that you too can create delicious food and can gather your family around you at the dinner table. Let me tell you, that you won't regret it!
